How long have you known you have been a clairvoyant or can read people?

I've always been very sensitive of my surroundings and aware of the emotions of people around me. I have always done my own little rituals and things, and had a few glimpses of the future, or predicted events, but really didn't think anything of it until about 6 years ago, when I picked up Debra Katz's book "You are Psychic".

Did some one teach you to read people?

After reading a few pages of Debra’s book, I decided to take private training with her, and instantly, within the first class, I realized that, "wow, I have the gift of clairvoyance!" - which is the ability to see. My psychic abilities really took form and shape through this course. I slowly started to develop all the other senses as well, clairsentience –which is the ability to feel and clairaudience which is the ability to hear.

My life started to make sense. I didn't go into the class with the notion "Oh, I'm going to become a professional psychic", I went just for my own personal growth, to keep learning along my spiritual path.

Where do you do your readings most?

Most of my readings are over the phone and done in my bedroom, in my pajamas while sitting in my bed! I have clients from all over the world. Sometimes I will do the reading via Skype or when someone wants to come in person then I still do the reading in my bedroom – but not in my pajamas! I set up two chairs that face each other.

What Items do you place during your readings?

I usually will light some candles for atmosphere, but other than that I don’t really use any props. I read with my eyes closed and directly from my third eye. Sometimes I will get a feeling before the reading and be inspired to pick up a crystal or gemstone to hold during the session.

Give me an example of what you do during your readings?

Usually 5 or 10 minutes before the reading I will light some candles, turn down the lights, and do a grounding meditation to clear out any old thoughts or energy. And then maybe if I feel like it I will do a quick mini read on the person before I call them. I will jot down any information I get and share it with them later. I like doing this because it gives me a chance to connect with them energetically without any distractions or preconceived ideas of what they want to know during their reading.

Once the their appointment time comes around (I’m very prompt and on time) I call them (unless it is an international call). I usually tell them what will take place, that I will do a quick grounding meditation, when I am done they will say their name three times and then ask their first question. I let them know that there will be plenty of time to ask more, but to start off with the most pressing one. The more specific the question they ask, the more specific the answer they will receive. Most people want to know about relationships (romantic), their work and health issues.

I tend to read the energy around the particular situation or area that the client wants to know about. Because as humans we have free will, the client has the ability to take the information they receive and do what it is that they want; it's not ever set in stone. If someone gives me two situations to look at, I say, "Well, this is the energy around this situation. If you were to choose to follow this path, this could be what you're up against. If you were to choose this other path, this is the energy around it, and this is what you could be up against."

I really try and give people options, of what they want to accomplish, instead of saying "You have to do this". Then, it's really up to the person on how they want to interpret and take the information that I give them.

How long does it take to read someone?

I usually start getting information right away, as soon as they finish with saying their name or asking their first question. It also depends on how long the agreed upon reading time is, I offer 15 minute, 1/2hr and 1 hour sessions. The information usually flows nonstop the whole time. It is actually surprising how much information can be relayed even in five minutes.

What visions do you see from people?

I can only read what the person allows me to. They have to be open to it. Some people, even though they are coming to me for a psychic reading and they have very personal and specific questions - they still might not open to hearing it, so sometimes I won't be able to see a full picture, or maybe it will be a little more difficult to read a certain area of their life because either they're closed off to it themselves, or they really don't want to know the answer. I never feel blocked, like "I can't do this!" but I will sometimes find it challenging if somebody is not really open to hearing what it is that I have to say. If somebody comes to me, and the first thing they say is "I just want to see rainbows and sunshine", I think "Oh my! This is going to be a difficult reading", because a lot of time, those people will have a lot of stuff going on that they're not ready to look at.

And then, some people are just open books. Meaning, I can see them clearly in all these different situations living their lives.

What do you enjoy most out of the readings?

It's amazing when I can connect with others on such a deep level, where they feel comfortable and safe, with me giving them this information, and talking about subjects that are sensitive.

My goal is to help my clients connect fully with themselves so that they can make balanced decisions about their own lives. I think the best connection you can have in this world is with yourself and you're able to use your own intuition in that.

What do you do to separate yourself from those you read?

I'd be happy to share some of the things I do to ground myself and maintain a sense of balance.  I generally do a few different types of meditations.

Sticky Rose Meditation

When I'm feeling bogged down with lots of things, people, or images in my head I will start off with this:

I picture a sticky yellow rose (you can use any color) and then I visualize that rose (usually starting in my head) going through my body picking up any stray thoughts, images or other peoples energy. Kind of like a magnet, which I suppose you could use that image as well.  Every so often as the rose collects all the unwanted stuff I picture it blowing up.  I usually scan my body a couple of times and blow up the rose a few times too.  I find this technique helps lighten my thoughts and removes a lot of the unwanted stuff that isn't really mine.

I find that mentally blowing up pictures, thoughts, people, or feelings is extremely helpful.  It may seem odd at first to 'blow' things up, but it truly can be freeing.  Especially if done with a sense of humor.  It tends to move a lot of energy, very quickly.

Once I feel like most of the extraneous thoughts and images are out of my energy field, then I move on to a grounding exercise.

{You can take the sticky rose exercise a bit farther and clean out you aura.  This technique can bring out some stuff, so just be aware that you are moving a lot of old energy.  I like to do this a couple of times a year.  Just picture the sticky rose (or magnet) and start from the innermost ring of your aura and run it around that a few times.  Then continue outward - generally I do anywhere from 7-11 layers.  Make sure you blow up the roses and images frequently.}

Grounding Exercise

For the grounding exercise at least when first doing it I would recommend sitting in a chair with your feet planted firmly on the ground and your eyes closed.  (I do this exercise now a lot before I go to bed, lying down, but it can be challenging for some to picture themselves sitting upright, although I'm sure you will have no problem).  So first picture yourself sitting with your feet planted on the ground, then picture a long pipe or tree roots, whatever feels sturdy and strong, coming out of the base of your spine and going down all the way into the middle of the earth.  After this I like to actually picture myself at the base of the pipe looking up at myself, as well as the surroundings down below.  Then I come back up and begin running the earth and cosmic energies.

First start with the Earth energy.  Pick a color (I like orange because it feels earthy to me and is a strong grounding color).  Picture that color coming up through your grounding cord (pipe or tree roots) and running up through your feet, legs to the base of your spine and then back down again.  You can play around with this for a few minutes or longer, play around with the speed of it, run it slow, fast or switch back and forth.  Just keep that color running.  Once you feel complete with that, then you can introduce the Cosmic Energy.

While continuing to run the Earth energy, picture a white light with a hint of gold pouring into the top of your head (your crown chakra).  Let this energy run down through your head, shoulders, chest and let it meet up with your grounding energy color, once the two meet, then bring about 10-20% of the grounding earth color back up with the Cosmic energy color.  The goal is to have both energies running at the same time, in different directions.  Again play around with the speed of the energies.

I find that doing this on a daily basis is extremely helpful in keeping your balance, and maintaining your own energy, while letting go of other people's energy.  Obviously the longer you do it, the more profound the effects.  I tend to run these energies several times a day - and sometimes even just for a minute or two.  You can also ground objects, homes, cars, places you will be going, barking dogs, street traffic, anything really. I like to ground my home and surroundings a couple of times a month.  It's especially helpful if you feel overwhelmed about the prospects of going out - you can ground your whole path there and the place you will be going to as well.

When you are done running your earth and cosmic energies, it's usually a good idea to touch your hands to the ground and bring yourself back into the moment.

Bubble protection:  This is helpful when you are waiting in line at the store, shopping, in a public place....

When having to deal with others and I don't want to take on there energy:  I picture myself in a bubble, sometimes I fill it with a color, and then I picture a separation object outside of that bubble - maybe a smiley face or a bouquet of flowers, or a VW bus, whatever makes me smile.

What should I ask for in a reading?

Asking the right questions can help you get the most out of your reading. By asking good questions, you'll get the most detailed, insightful answers to your current issues. Even though I’m a psychic, I’m not a mind reader. So it’s important for you to be clear on what you want to know about. I recommend writing down your most pressing concerns and questions before the reading.

Here are a few examples to keep in mind while coming up with your list of questions.

Be specific, a good question targets one area of your life. It’s main focus leans towards getting an answer to what you actually want to know.

For example:

“Should I start my own business?”

A better more specific question would be:

"Can I make a living by starting an online business based on nutrition?"

Another example:

“Should I leave my relationship?”

A better more specific question would be:

“What do I need to know if I stay in (or leave) my current relationship?”

A great way to compile your questions is to make a list of the various areas of your life. For example:

Pick one or two areas that are most important for you to get clarity on. This doesn't mean you won't get to ask questions in other areas, but you want to make sure you get the most thorough information on the areas most important to you at this time.

So, let’s say you decide that one of your highest priorities is relationships. Come up with several questions around that area.

Some examples:

“What can you tell me about my relationship with ________?”

“What advice do you have for me for attracting my perfect partner?”

“What can you tell me about the person that I will eventually meet?”

“What will my future partner find attractive in me?”

“What changes do I need to make in my life to help attract a meaningful, long-term relationship?”

“What habits do I need to change or add?”

“Should I focus my efforts on meeting someone online or in-person?”

Also have a few questions prepared for the other areas of your life. It’s always good to be prepared. Most importantly, this is your time to ask specific questions about the things that will help you gain more clarity and balance in your life.

At the beginning of your reading, I will do a grounding meditation and then have you say your name for me a couple of times. Followed by your first question. And then we will go from there!

For US clients, I will call you at the number that you provide. For International clients outside of the US, I require that you call me at the time of the appointment. Please find a space that is quiet (or at least private). I’m quite punctual. If for any reason you need to reschedule or are running late, please call or text me as soon as possible. I understand that things come up. I don’t offer refunds once you have paid for a reading.

  • I ask that you approach the reading with an open mind and heart.

Be open to the messages, they are amazing gems that can help you transform your life. Usually the answers that come are the ones that are most loudly trying to get through.

Now, because as humans we have free will, it’s up to you whether you use the information you receive during the reading. Take what works and leave behind what doesn’t.
